Online education grew up around tools that were never designed for it. Teachers run classes on generic video platforms, track progress in spreadsheets, share materials over email, and answer student questions late at night on messaging apps. Every one of those tools works, and none of them work together, which means the operational burden of running an online education business falls on the educators themselves.
The deeper problem is what happens between classes. A student who gets stuck on Tuesday waits until the next session to get unstuck, and momentum quietly drains away in the gap. No human teacher can be available every evening for every student, and until recently there was no credible way to fill that gap at all.
Vibba built Vibba Learn as a complete learning management platform with that gap at the center of the design. Live classes, structured curriculum aligned to a book series, enrollment and scheduling, practice and progress tracking, and an AI tutor trained around the curriculum that gives students step by step help and instant feedback whenever they need it. The platform is not a demo: it runs Vibba's own online math institute, serving real families, weekly live classes, and competition preparation programs every day.

Vibba built Vibba Learn as a single platform for the whole teaching operation. Classes are scheduled, delivered, and tracked in one place, curriculum and materials live alongside the sessions that use them, and enrollment and reminders run themselves, so educators teach instead of administrating.
The AI tutor is integrated with the curriculum rather than bolted on. Trained around the same structured content students learn in class, it gives step by step guidance and instant feedback between sessions, in the same methods and vocabulary the teacher uses, so out of class help reinforces the classroom instead of contradicting it.
Progress tracking runs continuously across classes, practice, and tutor interactions, giving educators a current picture of every student without manual assembly, and surfacing the students who need attention while there is still time to act.
Because Vibba runs its own education business on the platform, every feature is shaped by daily production use, weekly live classes, a three volume book series, and competition preparation tracks, rather than by a feature checklist.

The first and longest running deployment of Vibba Learn is Vibba's own online math institute, which coaches elementary and middle school students through weekly live classes, a custom three volume book series, and competition preparation for TMSCA, AMC, MATHCOUNTS, Math Olympiad, Texas Math League, and Number Sense.
Before the platform, the institute ran the way most online education businesses run: classes on a video tool, progress in spreadsheets, materials in shared folders, and questions answered whenever a teacher happened to be free. Moving onto Vibba Learn consolidated the entire operation, and the AI tutor closed the between class gap that had always been the hardest part to staff.
Today the institute runs weekly classes from foundations through competition tracks entirely on the platform, with the AI tutor handling step by step help between sessions and progress tracking giving instructors a live view of every student.
